Every review on this page is from a real central Indiana customer. Most came from Google. We’ve never paid for a review and we’ve never asked anyone to leave one unless we actually finished the job.
The themes that show up most
Most of our reviews come from Google, with a smaller number from Facebook and word-of-mouth referrals that customers wrote in directly. Reading through them, the same handful of phrases come up over and over: showed up when he said he would, didn’t try to upsell, the problem didn’t come back, fair price, and some version of “just a good guy.” That’s the work we’ve been doing since April 2019 and it’s what we’re going to keep doing.
A few honest notes about what these reviews mean and don’t mean. They mean we showed up, did what we said we’d do, and the customer was happy enough to take ten minutes to write about it. They don’t mean we’re the cheapest. They don’t mean we can fix every problem - sometimes we get there and the right answer is “you need an electrician” or “you need a roofer first.” The thing they do mean is that we’re not going to bait-and-switch you on price or scope.

“Had raccoons in the chimney for two weeks before I called. James came out the next day, told me exactly what was going on, gave me a written quote, and was done within a week. Capped the chimney, sealed two other spots I didn’t even know were a problem. Quiet ever since.”
