Out of your attic.
Out for good.
Most companies catch the animal and leave. We catch it, clean up, then seal the spot it got in so it cannot come back. Backed by a two-year warranty on the exclusion. It is why 111 Indianapolis homeowners rate us 5.0 stars.
A “trapper” is half the work. The other half is why it never happens again.
Hire most outfits and the trip looks the same. They show up, set a trap, take what they catch, hand you an invoice. Two months later something is back in the attic. Sometimes the same family. Often a different species moving into the same opening.
Animals do not pick your house. They pick a gap - a soffit corner that pulled loose, a roof return, a foundation vent that lost its screen, a chimney without a cap. A raccoon used it last year. A squirrel will use it this year. A bat will find it next.
We work the gap, not the animal. The trap goes in because it has to. The exclusion work - sealing the opening with the right material, in the right way, to the right code - is what keeps the next animal out for a decade.
Backed by a two-year warranty against re-entry. Not just against the same animal. Against any animal of the species coming back through what we sealed.
Wildlife control services - every animal, every job, one phone number.
Raccoon removal
The animal most homeowners hear at night. Strong, smart, almost always denning with babies in spring. Live-trap, hand-removal of kits when present, seal the entry behind them.
Raccoon detailsBat removal & exclusion
Indiana’s most regulated wildlife work. DNR maternity blackout May 1 to July 31. We do one-way exclusion and let the colony self-release. No trapping, no killing.
Bat detailsSquirrel removal
The animal you hear running across the ceiling at 6 AM. Greys, reds, flying squirrels - all three nest in attics, all three chew wires. Live-trap and a real fix on the opening.
Squirrel detailsMole control
The yard work. Active trapping - not poison bait, which does not work on insectivores. We set lethal traps on active runs and pull moles out until your turf is quiet.
Mole detailsGroundhog removal
The animal undermining your deck, your shed, or your foundation. Live-trap, then screen the burrow system so the next one cannot move in.
Groundhog detailsBeaver removal
Dropped trees, flooded retention ponds, blocked culverts. We work the water - trap under DNR rules, breach dams safely, install pond-leveler devices when removal isn’t the right answer.
Beaver detailsCoyote management
Conflict management - not extermination, because that’s not how coyotes work. Den exclusion, hazing plans, HOA documentation, targeted removal of habituated individuals.
Coyote detailsDead animal removal
Smell in the wall. Fly hatch in the attic. Carcass in the crawlspace. We locate, remove, decontaminate. Same-day in most cases.
Dead animal detailsAnimal in attic
The category every homeowner’s search starts with. We identify the species by track, scat, sound, and damage - then run the right protocol for that species.
Attic inspectionsInsulation remediation
The follow-on service after wildlife is out. Contaminated insulation removed in PPE, enzymatic decon, re-insulated to R-49 code. Insurance-documented. $1,800-$8,500 typical.
Remediation detailsExclusion & animal-proofing
The work that earns the two-year warranty. Fortify the entry and every “they would have used that next” spot. Done so it looks like part of the house, not a patch.
Exclusion details2-year warranty on every exclusion. 9 species we’re trained for. 12+ Indiana cities served.
Four steps. Roughly two visits for the trap, one for the seal.
No subscription. No mystery line items. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay, and you know what each visit is doing before we’re on the property.

01
Inspection
We walk the attic and the exterior, find the entry point and the species. You see what we’re seeing, flashlight in hand, soffit by soffit. Fixed-price quote on the spot, written, no “we’ll let you know.”
Day 1 -
02
Live trap or exclusion
For most mammals: live-trap, daily check, relocate or humanely dispatch per Indiana law. For bats: one-way exclusion device, no trapping. Daily check, not “when we get to it.”
Days 2-7 -
03
Cleanup
Droppings out. Contaminated insulation out where the load requires it. Soft-cap the entry temporarily while you decide on the permanent seal. We send photos before-and-after, every time.
Day of removal -
04
Exclusion 2-yr warranty
Heavy gauge steel, screen, sealant, paint-matched trim where it shows. Two-year warranty against re-entry through what we sealed, on paper, with a real phone number, not a portal.
Final visit
Highest-rated wildlife removal in central Indiana.
Across 111 Google reviews we hold a perfect 5.0. Themes are the same every time: punctual, honest, and the animal did not come back.
Showed up when he said he would, found a raccoon entry point I’d missed for years, sealed it the way the rest of the soffit looks. Two summers in, nothing.- Sarah K., Carmel
I had bats. Called five companies. Three didn’t know what a maternity-season blackout was. James knew immediately, told me to wait until August, then exterior-only excluded a colony of 40+.- Mike R., Fishers
The previous guy “trapped” my squirrels for $400 and they were back in three weeks. Wildlife Guys did the exclusion the previous guy should have done. Quiet attic. Real fix.- David W., Indianapolis
Mole problem in the front yard. Three trap sessions, gone. Didn’t try to sell me on a subscription. Didn’t try to sell me a treatment plan. Just did the work.- Tracy L., Westfield
I called them at 9 PM about a smell in the wall. They had me on the schedule the next morning, found a dead opossum behind the drywall, removed it, cleaned, and walked me through what to look for next time. Pros.- Andrew P., Noblesville
Honest, communicative, and the work shows. The seal on the gable end looks original to the house. You can tell they care about how the repair looks, not just whether it works.- Jen H., Zionsville
The difference is what happens after the trap.
Every wildlife company in central Indiana traps the animal. A small number of them do real exclusion work behind it. James started the company because he kept getting called as the second opinion on the first company’s “finished” job.
One team. One standard. Every job.
James trained the crew. The same standards run every job, top to bottom. No salesperson handoff. No call center. You talk to the people doing the work.
Indiana DNR aware
Bat maternity blackout, songbird protections, federal endangered species law - we run by the book. It is why nobody’s ever had to redo our work for code reasons.
Humane by default
Live-trap, one-way exclusion, baby-and-mother reunites where possible. No poisons in attics. No gluing animals to boards. Effective and legal are not in conflict.
Repair looks original
The seal at the gable, the soffit corner, the chimney chase - finished so the seam blends. Function plus aesthetics, because you’re going to live with it.

If you’re inside the 465 loop or within roughly 35 miles of it, we cover you on the same booking cadence. Outside that radius, call - we travel further for the right job.

The things people ask before they call us. No fluff, no fear-selling.
What animals do you remove?
Squirrels, raccoons, bats, groundhogs, moles, beavers, coyotes, and whatever else has moved in, plus the dead-animal calls nobody else wants. If it is wild and it is in your house, attic, or yard, it is our job, and we handle the cleanup and repairs that keep the next one out.
How much does wildlife removal cost?
It starts with an inspection, which runs $99 to $179 depending on the size of the home and roof access, and that fee credits toward the job if you hire us. The removal itself depends on the animal, the damage, and how they got in. You get a clear written bid before any work starts, never a guess at the door.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed, insured Indiana wildlife control company, not a handyman with a trap. That matters when someone is working on your roof and in your attic, and it matters for doing exclusion and remediation the right way.
How fast can you come out?
Usually same day or next day for active problems. If an animal is loose in your living space or there is a safety issue, tell us when you call and we will move you up. Call (317) 512-3779.
What is exclusion, and why does it matter?
Exclusion is sealing every spot an animal can get into the building: soffit gaps, chimneys, roof and gable vents, foundation lines, and whatever the inspection turns up. Without it you are just evicting the current tenant, and the next one moves in through the same opening within weeks. It is the part that actually keeps them out.
Do you clean up and repair the damage?
Yes. Wildlife leave behind chewed wires, ruined insulation, and contaminated droppings. We remediate the mess, replace damaged insulation, and repair the entry points, so you are not left with a health hazard and an open door after the animal is gone.
What areas do you serve?
We cover Indianapolis and the surrounding area, including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Greenfield, and Anderson. Not sure if you are in range? Call and ask, we will tell you straight.
